Frances Jean Green

"When I come to the end of my journey and traveled my last weary mile" Frances Jean Green, 65, passed peacefully on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Spring Creek Nursing Facility. Frances worked in health care, including Leaders Nursing Home. She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Edgemont and the choir, she enjoyed reading the bible, crocheting and watching old movies. She was predeceased by her son, Christopher Banks, but leaves to celebrate her life and memory, her husband Barrington M. Green, children; Marilyn Barbara, Floyd Banks, Jr., Ernest, Vanessa and Christina Banks and Annette Burns all of Harrisburg, siblings Sally (Joseph) Miller, Melvin Johnson and Craig (Johninne) Johnson also of Harrisburg, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc., Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. The family appreciates your love, kindness and support during their time of bereavement.
