Everett Van Brown

Everett Van Brown, 54 of Harrisburg passed peacefully at his residence

on October 7, 2022. He is the son of the late Mack Arthur Carter and

Deborah Brown.

Everett attended Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ, where he was a

member of the youth choir. He was educated in the Harrisburg City

Schools and graduated from Harrisburg High School. He was self-

employed Handyman who enjoyed his work. He was a Dallas Cowboys,

Penn State Nittany Lions fan and enjoyed traveling. Everette was a fan

of the late musician Prince, enjoyed R&B, rap music, and the outdoors.

Along with his parents he is preceded by his daughter Charlotte Brown.

He leaves to celebrate his life his children, Alexis Cooksey, Elisha

Cooksey, brother Mack Carter, 1 grandchild and a host of other

relatives and friends.

Masks are necessary and required during services.
