Evelyn E. Simpson

Evelyn E. Simpson, 87 of Harrisburg, passed Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Hospice of Central PA, Susquehanna Twp. Evelyn was the daughter of the late Charles and Lettie Butler, a 1945 graduate of William Penn and retired from the Commonwealth, Department of Transportation with over 20 years of service. She was a member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, served on several ministries and loved her family, sewing and watching Sci-Fi television. Evelyn will be missed by her children; Daryl (Enza) Simpson, Denise (Melvin) Hill and Adella (Kenneth) Collins, 7 grand and 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
