Eugene Selvey

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." Eugene Selvey 80 of North 6th Street passed Monday April 6th in Select Specialty Rehabilitation Center. He was a former employee of the former Olmsted Air Force base, also TRW and a retiree of the New Cumberland Army Depot. a WW II and Korean Veteran. He loved reading and auto mechanics. Eugene leaves to miss him and cherish his memory his child Maria Barboza, two sisters Betty Selvey and Kathryn Williams with two grandchildren Calida and Marcela Barboza, his extended children Gloria Eubanks, Doris Drake, Lorenzo, Victor and Earl Alli and a host of other relatives and friends. His services will be in the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. Friday April 10th at 11AM with viewing at 10. His final resting place will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all of you for your many prayers and condolences under these special circumstances considering Eugene just lost his other sister Mary Rockmore April 6th, 2009.
