Emma Lumpkin

The family of Emma Lumpkin with the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. will host her home going service Monday, June 5th at 11AM in her church the Mt. Calvary Church of God In Christ with viewing at 10. Emma was in her 70th year at her passing Tuesday, May 30th. She was a self employed Child Care provider who loved gardening and her family. Among the host of relatives and friends who will mourn her will be seven children Juanita Mayo, Pamela Lumpkin, Jerome Johnson, Andrew, Christopher, Stanley and Travis Lumpkin. Four sisters Annirea Simmons, Marie Bridges of Georgia, Iwilla Williams and Mary Jackson of Harrisburg and fifteen grandchildren. Her final resting place will be in William Howard Day Cemetery. Thank you all for your blessing and support during this time of bereavement and special thanks to the staff of Colonial Park Care, the Medical Staff of the Miller Street Dialysis and Harrisburg Hospital.
