Edythe M. Young

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." Edythe M. Young of Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA passed peacefully May 11, 2009 in her 89th year at the Golden Living Center Blue Ridge Mountain. Edythe was an Administrator at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. She loved reading, cooking and caretaking. Leaving her to mourn are her children E. Beverly and Augustus Young, her siblings Mable, Lemuel and Lenwood McRae, a grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews with a host of other relatives and friends. Services for her will be in the Cross Point United Methodist Church 430 Colonial Road, Harrisburg, PA Saturday May 16th at 11AM with viewing at 9:30. Interment will be in Paxtang Cemetery. Hooper Memorial Home is supporting the family during their bereavement period.
