Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget
Edythe Johnson, 89, of North 17th Street passed from the warmth of her family to the loving arms of God, Saturday November 27th in Colonial Park Care Center. She was a former employee of PA Dept. of Labor and Industry and the Camp Curtin Y.M.C.A. Eenie, as she was affectionately known, was a lifelong member and an Elder of the Capital Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the church choir, the Mu - So - Lit Club and the Jinx Club as well. Missing her but letting her go are her devoted sons Wesley (Debi) H. Johnson Jr. and Gregory S. Johnson, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild with a host of relatives and friends.
A Home Going Service will be held at her Church, 1401 Cumberland Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103 Tuesday December 7th, 2010 at 11 AM.
