Earlie Ace Corbitt Sr., son of the late Earlie Brown and Mary Lou (Totten) Corbitt, was born on September 15, 1957, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He received his formal education in the Harrisburg School District, graduating in 1976. Following his passion for service, Earlie enlisted in the United States Army, where he rose to the rank of Specialist 4 and continued his commitment in the U.S. Army Reserve for several years.
After his dedicated military service, Earlie embarked on a career at Young's Medical Equipment Company, contributing over two decades of hard work until his well-deserved retirement. His professional journey also included working for the AMP Corporation.
Affectionately known as "Feebee," Earlie was united in marriage with Sandra "Sandy" Louise Murray (deceased), and together they were blessed with two sons, Earlie A. Corbitt, Jr. and David B. Corbitt. In his later years, Roxanne Williams became a significant presence in his life, offering unwavering support and after his unfortunate penalization from surgery as his partner and caregiver.
Earlie was a vibrant and fun-loving individual with a passion for sports, particularly as a die-hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia 76ers. His commitment to the community extended to a remarkable 35-year tenure as the Varsity Coach for the Harrisburg Peewee Little League Packers, where he was endearingly known as Coach Corbitt.
