Dovia L. Wright

"When I come to the end of my journey and I travel my last weary mile, Just forget if you can, that I ever frowned and remember only the smile ... ... ... " Dovia L. Wright 64 of Winding Way passed quietly Monday October 18th, 2010 after a long illness from the loving arms of her devoted husband and family into the warm embrace of our Father in Heaven. She retired from the Harrisburg School District and was a member of the Ebenezer A.M.E. church in Middleton, PA. Dovia was very close to her family and loved cooking and helping the needy. Missing her but letting her go are her loving husband Joseph, children Anthony Wright, Annesta (Victor) Russell and Derrick Pledger, sibling Thessalonians Wofford and six grandchildren with a host of relatives and friends. She will be eulogized Tuesday October 26th 11AM in her church, 329 Market Street, Middletown, PA 17057 with the service being conducted by the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. The viewing will be the same day in the church from 9AM to the time of service. Her final resting place will be in Paxtang Cemetery. The family would like to thank each of you for your kindness and acknowledgements during their bereavement.
