Dorothy L. Robinson

Dorothy L. Robinson passed peacefully on Saturday, May 21st in her 64th year at Blue Ridge Health Care. Dorothy retired from Hershey Foods and was a member and Mother of New Jerusalem Christian Church, where she participated in the choir, the Food Bank and, the Frontier's Club. Dorothy also loved to sing, cook and visit with family and friends. Dorothy life will be celebrated by her husband, Ralph D. Robinson; children, Clyde, Steven and Tiffany Pryor, Christopher and Christiana Robinson, a brother, Steven Folk, 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, aunts, Lillie Brown and Helen Lester; three nieces, Toni Moody Jackson, Angel D. Gipe and Crystal Y. Savage; several foster brothers; additional nieces and nephews and a host of family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Lewis; mother, Dorothy Lewis; two sisters, Estella Gipe and Cherry Goldmen and a niece, Cheryl Hunter. Services will be held in her church on Thursday, May 26th with viewing at 10:30 a.m. and services at 11:30 a.m., the family extends their appreciation for your acts of kindness and support during their time of bereavement, interment at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
