Cristina Padua Soto

Cristina Padua Soto, 94, was born in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico on August 1, 1923 and passed to be with our Lord and Savior on March 12, 2018. Cristina had two sisters and one brother. She had one son Efrain Martinez, Jr. whom went to be with the Lord in August of 1988. Cristina left behind two loving grandchildren Larry Martinez and Carol Collazo Martinez, three great grandchildren; Cristina Collazo 16, Angelica Sofia Collazo 5, and Alexander Martinez 2. She also had a daughter-in-law Natividad Martinez who spent over 50 years living and loving each other as mother and daughter. Cristina love to read the Bible and anything that she could read and learn about on the word of God. She taught Bible Study to many of us as members of the church and for many years at Peniel Ministry. She will always be remembered in our hearts and memories through her examples and her words of wisdom. We celebrate together as she gets to go home to be with her Father, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her son Efrain Martinez which she worked hard and long to see and reunite with.
