Celester Greene

Celester Greene passed peacefully amongst family on Wednesday, March 28th in her 78th year. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary Wilson and born in Ladysmith, Virginia. Mrs. Greene retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and enjoyed games of chance. She leaves to celebrate her life and memory 8 children; Helena Wilson of NY, Jacqueline Prather, Odell and Larry Grenne all of Hbg, Barry Lawton of MD, Mary E. Swanson of Hbg, Michael Lawton of MD and Edna Ann Greene also of Hbg, 2 sisters, Agnes Wilson of NYC and Fannie Childs of MD, 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Services will be held 11AM on Tuesday, April 3rd at Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church with viewing at 10. The family is appreciative of your love and support during their time of loss and bereavement.
