Brenda Marie Burney

Brenda M. Burney, 64 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on Tuesday June
28, 2022. She was born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Lloyd Cobb and
Rebecca (Knight) Cobb.

Brenda was educated in the Harrisburg City Schools and graduated from
the Dudley Hair College. She served in the Army National Guard.
Brenda worked for over 40 years in the cosmetology industry, she was
also a barber and instructor. She was very passionate about her work and
attended many hair shows to keep up with the latest styles, techniques,
and products. Brenda was a member of Unity Temple # 61 and
American Legion Post 733 of Harrisburg. In her spare time she enjoyed
traveling, puzzles, movies, going out with friends and spending time
with family.

Along with her parents she is preceded by siblings, DeLoyce and
Howard Cobb. She leaves to celebrate her life, her daughter; Danielle Bailey of Harrisburg, siblings; April, Lloyd and Lawrence Cobb, grandchildren Destin Cobb-Jones, Divine Cobb, great-grandchild Destin Cobb-Jones Jr., special cousin Charlene DeVan, special niece Kari Cobb, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
