Bonnie L. Weatherly

"When I come to the end of my journey and traveled my last weary mile" Bonnie L. Weatherly, 63, of Susquehanna Twp., passed peacefully on June 24, 2010 at Harrisburg Hospital. Bonnie retired from Olivetti Typewriter Company, with over 20 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Unity Temple #61, Voices of Faith at St. Paul AME Church of Milton, PA. Bonnie was an avid sports fan and played basketball, softball, volley ball with various records still held at Milton Senior High School also in Milton, PA and a devoted Seventy Sixer's fan. She leaves to celebrate her life and memory her husband Sylvester Weatherly, a son Sylvester Weatherly, Jr. a step-daughter Donna Brown all of Harrisburg, 5 siblings; Laura Mae Pittman of Harrisburg, Mairiam Wright of New Jersey, Judy Maxine Woodson of Lewisburg, Raymond "Butch" Woodson of Milton and Leslie Woodson of Ohio, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers-in-law, C.L. (Elaine) Weatherly of Harrisburg, Frank Weatherly of Altoona and proceeded in death by 6 brothers. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc., Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m., with burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
