Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss you Until we meet again! Bishop Milton Alfred Thompson Sr. 66 of Heather Place in Harrisburg passed peacefully after a long illness on Saturday March 23 in Harrisburg Hospital. He was a retired Building Manger of the Department of General Services for the State of Pennsylvania and a Bishop and founder of the Faith Temple Holiness Church of God. Missing him but letting him go are his devoted wife Evangelist Susan M.Thompson ; seven children Michael T. and Keith L. Thompson, Toni Marie (Richard L.) Burnett, Tonja M. (Allen N. Sr.) Anderson, Hope E. and Faith E. Thompson; and Milton A, Thompson Jr.; two brothers Larry and Gregory Robinson; sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren all of Harrisburg with two Uncles Albert D. and Milton A. Thompson of Carlisle. Services will be in the Mt Calvary Church of God in Christ Thursday March 28 at 12 noon with viewing at 11AM. His final physical resting place will be in Paxtang Cemetery. Hooper Memorial Home Inc. is handling his arrangements.
