Birdie M. Wright

Evelyn Shirley “Birdie” Wright, 65 of Harrisburg, passed April 22, 2017. She was born in Uniontown, PA to the late Richard and Evelyn Wright. Birdie worked as a Hotel employee for many years and worshiped in the Baptist faith. Along with her parents she is predeceased by siblings; James Ragland and Nancy Wright. She is survived by her children; David (Lauren) Wright, Nasha Wright, siblings; Eileen Hadley, Lorraine Wright, Mary Wright, Connie Goodwin, Linda Battle, grandchildren; Lashaé Birt, Maurice Floyd, Deja Wright, great-grandchildren McKenzie Hamilton, Koren Hamilton and faithful companion Melvin Lewis and a host of relatives and friends.
