Bernice F. Smith

Bernice Fannie Mae Smith, affectionately known as “Boo”, age 69 of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Friday, July 31, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Health Harrisburg.She is the loving daughter of the late William English and Nancey E. White and predeceased by her son Terrance Smith, her sisters Clara Johnson, Joann Brown and her brother Ivory White.Bernice retired from Homeland Center as a Nursing Assistant, with several years of dedication and service. In her leisure time she loved playing bingo, listening to music and dancing. She also enjoyed cooking and hosting parties for her family and friends.She leaves to celebrate her life and memory; he son Shawn Smith (wife RaLisa); her daughter Constance Johnson (husband Shawn); three brothers Joseph White, Alfred White and Charles White; two sisters Sarah Rogers and Evelyn White; an aunt Bernice White, and an uncle Michael Davis, seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
