Barbara Jean Chambers

Barbara Jean Cook Chambers, daughter of the late Helen Cook and the late William Bingham, was born on Wednesday, April 27th, 1955, in Markham, Virginia. Barbara was a member of New Day International Kingdom Ministries.

Barbara worked at Hershey Foods for 35 years as a sanitation worker. Barbara loved shopping, sports cars, watching the Dallas Cowboys play football, and spending time with family.

On Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, at 69 years of age, Barbara transitioned from time to eternity, joining her mother and father, and her siblings William, Charles, Robert, and Betty Cook.

Barbara leaves to celebrate her life: her husband, Lenior Chambers; her stepdaughter, Tynesha Terry; her grandkids, Ty’Ayre and Zhanye Bellamy; her brother, William Bingham; her sisters, Shirley Cook and Gloria Bingham; and a host of nieces and nephews.
