Anthony Baltimore

Anthony Todd Baltimore, also known as "Tony," was born on February 13, 1966, in Harrisburg, PA, to the late Melvin Baltimore Sr. and Loretta Tyler Baltimore.

On July 14, 2022, Anthony married Yvette Wright Baltimore. The couple had two children, Jazmin Wright and La'el Frederick.

Anthony served in the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1994, achieving the rank of Quartermaster Third Class (E4). During his service, he received the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and served on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69). He was honorably discharged after serving with distinction.

A 1984 graduate of Harrisburg High School, Tony worked as a foreman with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Maintenance Crew, until his retirement in 2008.

In his spare time, Tony enjoyed communicating with loved ones, washing his car, cooking gourmet food, watching Westerns, and maintaining his yard. He was a passionate sports fan, cheering for the Philadelphia 76ers and Eagles, and enjoyed playing Fantasy Football. Tony valued spending time with his family and making people laugh.

Tony was a faithful member of Cornerstone Church of the Living God, attending services with his wife and children under the pastorate of Elder Kelly L. Deeds.

On June 20, 2024, at the age of 58, Anthony "Tony" Baltimore peacefully transitioned into eternal life. He is survived by his loving wife, Yvette Baltimore, and his two children, Jazmin Wright and La'el Frederick, all of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by his siblings Melvin "Butch" Baltimore, Daryl Baltimore, Eric "Rick" Baltimore, all of Harrisburg, PA; Phyllis (David) Houston of Yorktown, VA; and Earl (Shirl) Baltimore of Baltimore, MD. His memory will be cherished by his nieces and nephews: Nikesha (Chris) Jackson, Trenton Jackson, Tyler Jackson, Layla Jackson, all of Stuttgart, Germany; Daryl Baltimore Jr., Braylen Baltimore, Sharaya Baltimore, and Randall Baltimore of Baltimore, MD; Godchildren, Letitia Warren and Devon Matthews of Harrisburg, PA, along with other relatives and friends.
