Anne P. Hipsch

Anne P. Hipsch, 62, of Levittown, Pa, formerly of Harrisburg Pa, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on September 28th.  She was a former state employee at the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare. Some of her interests included children, reading, walking at the track, soap operas as well as Law and Order: SVU and Criminal Minds, and although she was German, Irish, Welsh, Scotch, and Dutch; she enjoyed Italian cuisine most of all! “Reasons”, was always her favorite Earth, Wind, and Fire song, but she never discriminated when it came to Motown. She is survived by her sister, Lisa Heisse (Chris), and a niece Nicole Heisse (Joe Endler). She was preceeded in death by her father Raymond Hipsch and her mother E. Jeanne Hipsch. Memorial Services will be held at Hooper Funeral Home, Inc., Friday October 3rd at 1 p.m., followed by a Repast at Latsha Towers in the community room.
