Anna Harrell

"To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose... " Anna Harrell, 87, of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Jewish Nursing Home. Anna was a member of Capital Presbyterian Church; she retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Department of Labor and Industry and worked for the Department of Public Welfare. She attended Bluefield State University. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Harrell. Anna loved life, people and her church family; she was an exquisite dresser and loved entertaining. Services for Anna will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 in Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. at 9:00 a.m. with burial at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. is caring for and handling Mrs. Harrell's arrangements.
