Albert F. Pierce

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." Albert F. Pierce, 69 of Harrisburg passed peacefully in Harrisburg Hospital Monday June 22, 2009. Albert was a veteran of the United States Air force and a retired postal Supervisor; he also was a strong family man who loved gardening and fishing. Missing Albert but letting him go are his devoted wife Patricia Wells Pierce, daughter Patricia Byrd Pierce, sons Albert Jr., Brett T. and Brian K Pierce, brother Reverend Robert E. Pierce Sr., sisters Edna Mosten, Mary Irvin with eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild and a host of relatives and friends. Services for Albert will be Monday June 29th at 11AM in St Paul's Missionary Baptist Church 1200 North 17th Street with viewing at 10AM. His final resting place will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery..
